Bro Frank Brosas leads the recipients of the Loyalty Award given by APO Australia Inc. during the celebration of the 81st Alpha Phi Omega International and 16th APO Australia anniversary celebrations on 16 December 2006 at Ashlar Golf Club, Blacktown, NSW.Other recipients were Bro Leovy Gajitos and Bro. Renato Alano.

The awardees were commended for its four decades of continuous membership in Alpha Phi Omega  as well as actively promoting the ideals and principles of the organisation in general.
